Majeño
Perfected with Patrimonio SuyusTMAn original cocktail created at the Museo del Pisco, using pisco from the Majes Valley in the region of Arequipa.
What you’ll need
- 8 or 10 basil leaves
- 1 ounce apple liqueur
- 1 ounce sugar syrup
- 2 ounces Cepas de Loro pure Pisco Torontel
- 2 ounces passion fruit juice
Preparation

Put the basil leaves into a tall wide glass, then pour in the apple liquor and the sugar syrup.2
Gently crush the basil leaves with pestle, just enough to release the aroma3
Add the pisco and passion fruit juice.4
Mix all ingredients together.5
Add crushed ice to the top of the glass.6
Decorate with basil leaves and passion fruit pips. Enjoy!
