What you’ll need
- 8 or 10 basil leaves
- 1 ounce apple liqueur
- 1 ounce sugar syrup
- 2 ounces Cepas de Loro pure Pisco Torontel
- 2 ounces passion fruit juice
Preparation

Put the basil leaves into a tall wide glass, then pour in the apple liquor and the sugar syrup. 2
Gently crush the basil leaves with pestle, just enough to release the aroma 3
Add the pisco and passion fruit juice. 4
Mix all ingredients together. 5
Add crushed ice to the top of the glass. 6
Decorate with basil leaves and passion fruit pips. Enjoy!
