What you’ll need
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1.5 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple
- Muddle half kiwi and 4 Thai basil leaves
- Top with soda
- Collins glass
Preparation

Muddle kiwi and basil. 2
Add pisco, lemon and simple syrup and ice to shaker. 3
Shake vigorously and strain into Collins glass filled with ice, top with club soda. 4
Garnish with a slice of kiwi and/or basil leaves.
