What you’ll need
- 2 oz Pisco
- 5 raspberries or peach
- 4 mint leaves
- .75 lime
- .75 mint simple syrup
- Top with soda
- Collins
Preparation

Gently muddle raspberries (or peach) and mint in your shaker. 2
Add pisco, lime, mint simple syrup and ice.3
Shake vigorously, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with club soda.4
Garnish with a raspberry and 2 mint leaves.
