
Chilcano de Pisco

What you’ll need
- 2 ½ ounces pure Pisco Torontel
- ¼ ounce lime juice
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- 3 ounces ginger ale
Preparation

Pour the pisco into a tall glass. 2
Add the freshly squeezed lime juice. 3
Add the Angostura bitters. 4
Add 5 ice cubes. 5
Fill the glass with ginger ale. 6
Mix the cocktail with a mixing spoon.7
Decorate with a slice of green Peruvian lemon. Enjoy!8
Note: You can vary the measurements to taste, adding more or less pisco, lime juice or ginger ale, until you find the mix that suits you best.
